Crane Shaft Machining for Stamping Industry

H&D Hengda Industries completed machining work for a crane shaft used in the stamping industry. The shaft features multiple stepped cylindrical sections with a larger central section and machined shaft ends. Based on the visible surface finish, the central cylindrical section was precision-machined to restore or achieve a smooth cylindrical surface. The project demonstrates H&D Hengda's capability in lathe machining of industrial shafts and large cylindrical machine components for manufacturing and factory applications.

Two Holes Nut Replacement

H&D Hengda Industries Sdn. Bhd. manufactured a new replacement two holes round nut to replace the damaged original component. The original part was inspected and used as a reference for the new component. The replacement nut was custom-machined with the required internal thread, outer diameter and face holes to ensure proper fitment with the existing machinery. This provides a practical replacement solution without requiring the customer to replace the complete assembly.
