About This Project

H&D Hengda Industries provided repair services for an emboss roller assembly used by a customer in the PET / PP manufacturing industry. The roller assembly had developed a fault, causing it to become stuck and unusable. Our team dismantled the assembly to access the affected components, replaced the damaged part(s), and reassembled the unit for the customer. This project demonstrates H&D Hengda's practical approach to industrial machinery repair, component replacement and assembly work. We support manufacturers in Johor Bahru and Malaysia with repair and modification services for damaged machine components.
